Laminated bags begin with a base layer (substrate) that is white. Then, a thin layer of BOPP sheeting is with offset printing first (gravure printing) and laminated on top of the substrate. The top layer is heat bonded for a permanent seal. Panels are precision cut and sewn after printing.

For offset printing, we are capable of printing up to eight colors, and each color requires a separate plate. To determine the number of required colors, it’s recommended that you share your design with us.

On the other hand, digital printing only uses CMYK and doesn’t require plate-making. 

PP non woven, pp woven, and RPET can be chosen. No matter which one you choose, the color graphics in the exterior lamination layer is all the customer will see from the outside. The substrate is only visible on the inside of the bag.

2. For customers who prefer a customized sample, our personalized bag service will make it easy to have the bag designed, made and delivered as per your requested quickly and efficiently. Need make plates for the sample, the plates are reusable for mass production.
3.  We also can make 3D mock-up for client, to save the sample cost and sample shipping cost.

We need Digital Files: You can send your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) vector format to our graphics department. When sending artwork with text, please make sure to outline the text in your file.
