Which material can be chosen?
Usually, we have two kinds of woven material: PP woven and PE woven.
- PP woven basic color is white, and all the other colors are printed. We can use silk screen printing(don’t need to make plates) or offset printing( need to make plates).
- PE woven material, inside and outside you view all are same colors. You can add silk screen printing on the surface.
PP woven inside usually is white color.
Can add other colors inside.
PE woven, inside and outside are the same color.

How we count the colors?
(For offset printing)
We can print up to eight colors. Each color needs to make one plate. It is better to share your design to count how many colors are required.
White color usually doesn’t need to make a plate.
One color: Black
Two colors: Orange + black
Four colors: CMYK
Five colors: one spot color orange + CMYK

We need Digital Files: You can send your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) vector format to our graphics department. When sending artwork with text, please make sure to outline the text in your file.
