In other words, cooler bags are used to protect the temperature of temperature-sensitive products or conditioned products such as fresh or chilled products, frozen products, and ambient products. The purpose of the cooler bag is to maintain or protect the product temperature as long as possible or to decrease the speed of the temperature change of the product.

What material can be chosen for the outside of cooler bags?

We have two series of materials:

Series one:

If you need the outside waterproof, you can choose laminated materials: laminated non-woven material, laminated pp woven material, and laminated RPET material. These materials are with offset printing. You need to make plate for the printing.

You can use PE in the middle with PEVA inside if you need the inside to be more waterproof.

What file do you need for the printing?

We need Digital Files: You can send your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) vector format to our graphics department. When sending artwork with text, please make sure to outline the text in your file.

Hard Copy: If you don’t have a digital vector file, and don’t know how to do it, don’t worry. Our graphics team can help you out. Just send over whatever you have jpg, sketch, etc. and we can redraw your artwork for a small fee.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Once we receive your artwork, we will create a digital PDF proof for your approval before printing the order. On certain items, we can create a physical proof for approval for a fee.
